Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days (If the product is available) after receipt of payment and are shipped via Poste Italiane (2-4 weeks) or TNT(5-10 days). If you prefer delivery with TNT, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include only the postage costs, packaging is free.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are very well-protected.
Our return policy applies to all incorrect or damaged purchases from Geribi.com.
You can return your purchase in exchange for new items, or ask for store credit or the full reimbursement of original price (including the Shipping Charges).
In case of reimbursement, we will refund your credit card within 10 days of receiving the items. We’ll notify you of your reimbursement via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the return. If you ask to exchange your item with another ceramic piece, we will let you know the availability. The store credit is immediately effective once the return has been processed.
To apply for your favourite option, please follow this simple procedure:
- In case of damage
1 - inspect all deliveries upon arrival, if possible, and make written exceptions on the Delivery Receipt of the damage or any other discrepancy or irregularity.
Please, always sign the delivery receipt “subject to inspection for concealed damage”.
2 - if inspection upon arrival is not possible, please inform us immediately of the damage via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and quoting the shipment reference number. Please keep the original packing material for a possible Shipper Company inspection.
3 - Contact us within 24 hours of merchandise arrival, mentioning your Name, Order Number, the Product Code or description of the damaged item(s) and attaching detailed pictures of the damaged item(s) and of the packing material.
4 - do not ship the damaged item(s) back until we give you proper instructions.
- In case of incorrect item(s)
Please contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving the ceramics, mention your Name, Order Number, the Product Code of the incorrect item(s) and clearly describe the problem with your item(s). We will give you clear and simple instructions. You may be asked to send us some pictures of the incorrect items. We will pay the return shipping charges.
Please note that no returns will be accepted if not previously agreed upon with us.
Geribi.com does not accept the following returns:
- Any incorrect item that has obvious signs of use
- Any incorrect item not returned in the condition it was received
- Items purchased from sellers other than Geribi.com
